25th Congrats! I would suggest 4-5 days at the Ritz in Paris, Such a nice way to start the next 25. You will enjoy any place you go so just have fun!

Iโd suggest Hotel des arts if youโre gonna visit Vietnam, or Park Hyatt, their afternoon tea (especially the coconut icecream) is amazing. Also if Ms.S come with you, maybe consider doing a local brands tour. Also be aware of the heat and humidity in April .

Mel, If you go to ho chi minh stay in District 1, Ben Thanh market you will find a lots of things to do day and night. They open Ben Thanh night market but not sure if it happen everyday. Park hyatt hotel can be a really good option . If you want to do eat fine dining I recommend the monkey gallery restaurant. They feature vietnamese street food at fine dinning level it won't disappoint you. Please do a vlog while you are there and have a wonderfull time in viet nam.
