No offence, but i feel your sa isn’t a very good one. She could have taken the backpack for you just explain to the next client and wait a few moments. You often buy big and small purchases from her. I would have expected her to give you at least a christmas or bday gift or invite you to chanel events at least. I changed my sa when i felt not appreciated and the new sa already invites me to a chanel event not just private launch. A good sa will see your worth as a client

The Dior lavender/lilac color is so beautiful!!!! 💜 I love that you were like oh my gosh I almost died hahaha it was so cute and funny. I had to go back a few times to rewatch that part bc it was so pretty! 💜 I saw a lilac Chanel cardholder with pearls on the logo and it was super cute too. I heard the CC in the 19 cardholder can tarnish so keep an eye on it and hopefully that won’t happen to yours, Amy!
