    Been cooking lobster for 40 years, myself and 5 family members are lobster fishermen. you never boil lobster you steam them in 2 inches of water, and you opened the tails wrong always slice down the center of the tail to remove the intestine running through their tail. Just like shrimp, lobsters have their intestine running through their tail. Remove it by cutting down the center of the tail with a sharp knife, and then carefully pulling out the intestine, just like you would do to devein a shrimp.

    The tail was already punctured and cut like the claws were. I get the impression that there were two lobsters involved in this demo.
