For a non-business background: 1. Leadership 2. Problem-solving 3. Results you achieved and goals 4. Challenges and how you overcame them 5. Why MBA HBS interview only take 30 min, so convey the most important things.

This man should talk less and let the interviewee talk. He is over shadowing the entire interview.
