But it was a YouTube video of Tom Ford talking about how, style is the way a man presents himself to the world, that first made me start caring about how I dress.

I wear suits to work everyday, I had an individual photo-shoot for the company I work for and the guy called me a peacock because of my style. I never even considered myself to have a style identity until then! I'm from the UK too so I guess that lines up with what you said!

I love that Tom Ford is a style icon, even though 99% of men's style advisers say never wear a black suit outside of a funeral or a black tie event (or higher). I wear black suits all the time and I rock it. Anyone who thinks its automatically "too formal" is a joke. Context is everything, Its about how you style it. Besides most of my black suits are textured or patterned, which lowers the "formality" significantly. It only really looks fully formal when its a plain black suit with a black tie. Just because its black, doesn't mean its a Tux.

Am girl watching this and it amazes me how guys can look ellegantly classic in suit ..and hope boys will try their best to become this kind of gentleman
