How I accidentally became a Sonic The Hedgehog nerd - Draw emotes with me!

This is how I became a Sonic fan: 1. Watching sonic boom as a kid 2.playing a sonic mobile game 3. Forgets about it until age 15 4. Finally watching the sonic movie 5. Watching sonic prime 6. Buys merch And a another step! 7. Hearing the soundtrack! (It sounds good)

I just accidentally heard a sonic 3 song (knuckles theme) and next thing I know I was absolutely obsessed with it

Once this title appeared, along came all those nasty viatnam flashbacks, and miguel's theme blaring mentally, quite furiously! Who else too?

The way i became a sonic fan was watching the second movie, i was the post credit scene with shadow in the tube and was like “hmm, i wonder why hes in that tube” and searched his backstory on yt and was like “wow, this is cool” then continued to watch sonic content

I just recently became a Sonic fan because younger my brother watched a yt video about it, and then he said he wanted to watch Sonic Prime. So I watched it with him and got addicted. I bought Sonic Frontiers and played the game with him, and just a few days later we went through my dads old video games on the Gamecube and we found Sonic Adventure dx, Sonic Heros and a lot more. I've gotten addicted playing them.

Tbh i dont know how i became a sonic fan, I think i got into it by playing sonic dash 2 or something- All i can remember is that i used to love watching Thomas the tank engine but then on Yt i saw the sonic unleashed opening intro and i fell in LOVE WITH IT! I started drawing sonic like EVERY SINGLE DAY! and thats how i got good at art and fell in love with sonic!

Honestly envy you akari, personal history with this franchise only covers underground and one random McDonald's commercial(still not found)! When movies made buck, wished knowing why.

I was always a sonic fun. I remember watching the old sonic shows on Netflix. Playing the classic sonic collection on my 3DS and sonic generation 3Ds. And watching YouTube playthroughs on sonic games and mod showcases. And now I’m trying to start a collection of the IDW comics. As you can tell that I love sonic

I became a sonic fan when I was 7 years old, one day my mom decided to take me to her job there she gave me her cellphone so i could distract myself a little, well I was searching in YouTube and I found a sonic 06 gameplay, i didn't have any idea of what I was seeing but i start watching, it was the sonic 06 introduce scene ( you know that when sonic save alice and beat doctor eggman) well I saw it and I FUCK*N scream of how EPIC it was, i was like damn this is fuck*n mind blowing and ironically I was born in 2006 xd Some days ago I saw a akari video, when the video was about to end I saw a blooper where she talked in Spanish and that's great because I can talk Spanish too so I wanted to talk with her xd

I got into Sonic when my mom got me the Classic Sonic collection in the 3DS I remember I kept dieing at the Eggman boss fight in S3&K.

I remember playing sonic as a kid, and all i can clearly remember is being 2 inches from the screen trying to win the game HAHA <3 love this video!

I still remember when i was 6 or 7 years old when i found a let's play on sonic adventure dx, and the opening cutscene ABSOLUTLY BLEW ME AWAY! I've never felt a mix of fear and excitement in my life until that one minute video about a blue rat fighting water then i discovered sonic and the black knight (still my favorite sonic game to this day) and it was so cool seeing sonic weilding a WHOLE AS SWORD! and i'm pretty sure my first sonic game was sonic cd on mobile which was awesome! and then my first console sonic game was Unleashed for Xbox and i loved it! I think it was around when i turned 13 or 14 when i fell off the series for a while and then at least a few years later the trailer for sonic frontiers dropped at the nintendo direct, and that's when i fell back into the spiky blue rodent rabbit hole. and i've been obsessed ever since, Sonic is love, Sonic is life

I personally got into Sonic because of the first Sonic movie lol, and I I think I also started drawing alot more and better because of Sonic too!

i had a VERY minor interest in the franchise for a couple years (as in i played one or two games, saw a bit of the sonic boom tv show, knew a few minor things about the characters, had watched the snapcube fandubs) and then early january this year, i was like "hey I havent watched those fandubs in awhile, are they still funny?" they were definitely still funny. and had also resulted in my youtube recommendations being completely FLOODED with sonic content. so i watched a few videos... and then some more.... and a lot more.... "hey maybe i should try drawing this sonic guy"... "hey this ost is kinda fire" and then it was too late to turn back

very similar to how i got into Touhou with how everything in my life felt like it was leading up to that moment anywho i actually resented Sonic and console games at first (i was an Angry Birds fan who got bullied for liking mobile games instead of console games and didn't have the money to buy consoles), the only other interaction i had with Sonic is through Sonic Boom on CN, and i only watched the show cause there was nothing else on the air at the time. It wasn't until the era of Mania/Forces that i went "wait this is actually peak??" and became a Sonic fan

I became a Sonic Fan because of Disney Pixar's Cars and the Mobile Ports, for me becoming a Sonic Fan was inevitable.🤣
