Forgot I had some video from the trip we took up to tahoe for the video I made on my other channel. Nothing to serious but some balance problems and limp.
I didn't bother editing it just some quick clips

Andrea, your PreCCsvi video IS Amazing...I thought you were terrific...that Heel to Toe...I haven't EVER been able to do that to my recall LOL!!! You are Mobile and quite gracefully so!!! Now that rocky ground DID appear 'challenging' for even the sturdy...Well DONE!!!!

@ThePennygirl Thanks Susan, the thing that I really notice is my gut! If you look you can see how high up the fat is, right under my rib cage. I have been complaining about this for some time. The Neurologist looked at it last time an felt it. He thinks it is my muscles that are pushing it out so far, from all the spasms and now they are not is the proper positions. If I could afford it I would go to PT to see if it would help. Not feeling GLAM at all LOL

@kkkkkkatherine Thanks :-) I am thinking about doing one now since I feel like I am in a relapse and if you heard my husband talking about how I could not do any of this before due to a relapse. I am curious to compare them.
