The insurance company paying for this would have been satisfied with our stop gap measures on Saturday with the bulk of the project being done the coming week, but the Fish and Game officer wanted the problem addressed ASAP and he did not care if Sunday was a double time pay day, A direct quote was, "We know it (the oil spill) is here and we know it is bad. If they don't want to pay for it, we will contract you at three times your rate and we will bill them". the insurance company gladly agreed to the double time day.
