A compulsory chanting class should be started in every school in India
  • Most enlightening concepts 1) the mind extends beyond the brain and is present throughout the body, 2) the local mind is responsible for generating thoughts and emotions and the non-local mind (better known as #consciousness ) runs the autonomous nervous system. Chanting, Mindfulness, and 36:33 Gamma Meditation heal the mind and the body.

  • Om Bhur Bhuvah Swaha, Tat Savitur Varenyam, Bhargo Devasya Dhimahi, Dhiyo Yo Nah Prachodayat”: This verse’s meaning translates roughly to “We meditate on the divine light of the Sun deity, who inspires our intellect and spiritual awakening.”

India in real sense is a vishwaguru. What indians have done in human wellbeing is phenomenal, we need to embrace this technologies, and make it part of school curriculum, so that we make your country fully peaceful and prosperous, where we are looking after one another, and each one is thinking about everyone else's wellbeing.

Thank you so much Dr. Adatia! My manager taught me the power of OM when I used to work at a little gas station. I shared with him Sacred Geometry, and he stated "I learned sacred geometry when I was eight years old". So grateful for the teachings! I am now a CPRS working in a community mental health center, and I shared your information with my fellow colleagues. These teaching are so simple to engage with, and have such a powerful effect on the lives of people living with mental health and substance use disorders. Much Gratitude for this presentation! Your are affecting many lives here in the United States, including my own. OM 🕉🙏

Finally, someone is doing scientific research on the effects of chanting! And the results are out there for everyone to see 👏👏 Way to go, Doctor! Wishing you more zeal and success on this wonderful journey ❤

I started chanting the Green Tara mantra a little over 11 years ago. It has been so powerful in terms of change and healing that I see my life (59 years old) as 'before chanting' and 'since chanting'. I still chant it every day. Extraordinary experience! In the first few weeks of daily chanting I could literally feel my prefrontal cortex pumping at the front of my head. My executive function, strategic capacity and sense of self control increased very quickly indeed.

  • Namaste, this is what I was seeking since last few months, and the video just popped up. Directly or indirectly, it has helped my thought process, or it will, in near future. Big thanks to Dr. Sweta for sharing your knowledge. I've always been intrigued with CIF, first encounter being 'Upanishad Ganga' around a decade ago. I'm an IT professional, working with Microsoft. Also, persuing my masters in YogShastra. I would like to blend AI and Neuroscience in yogic practices, which can give concrete results, before the west world lables it as their own research. I'm hoping to get some sort guidance from divine minds of CIF. Pls respond to this comment if its possible, and a way to connect virtually or physically. Dhanyawad 😇
