I'm Puerto Rican, Puerto Rico will never be a state and it never should. There's way to many obstacles blocking it from happen that its near to impossible, and if some how it did happen, it would be detrimental to both the US and Puerto Rico financially, politically, and culturally. Don't believe anyone that pushes for statehood, those referendums are total BS, we do not want statehood. These PNP politicians in both the Republican and Democrat party delegations for Puerto Rico are liars, they posture statehood as some big civil rights movement when really for them its just to steal more federal funds. Don't believe a word Luis Dávila Pernas, he is a part of that same corrupt party back on the island, to American in the US, he is just looking for your ta dollars to go to the island as a big handout so they can steal it and then live a life of luxury while the rest of Puerto Rico suffers. 54:16 <---- This guy wants your money and doesn't care Puerto Rico is suffering, and is using statehood to get you to pity him, so you can give him money.
