    I appreciate your cautions at the beginning. Meditation is simple, but it is not easy. Meditation can be calming, but it can also feel like a storm is brewing. Not very many meditation teachers are up front about this. Thank you.

    I loved that 20 minute meditation, drifting into my presence and power, I appreciate the longer ones. I take the time at the weekends for longer meditation and your 10 minute one’s Monday-Friday mornings ❤ thank you for your work, it helps me so much ❤

    As someone with ADD and a dissociative disorder it’s incredibly hard for me to feel present and especially stay present but this meditation was so nice and I want to try doing it multiple times a week to see if it will help me break through some of my dissociation. Thank you 💛
  • I absolutely love the shorter meditations- there’s no excuse for me not finding a spare 10 mins every day to do them and I select these over the other longer one’s available on YouTube 😊. Having said that, we all have different needs so just do what YOU want to do - we love your voice and I’m personally astounded by the visualisations and insights I get in even the 10 minute meditations! You have an incredible gift thank you for sharing it with us 🥰💕🧘‍♀️💕
