I keep coming back to this video. This time I fell asleep halfway through, I had a dream where I was playing guitar at the park and a woman joined in and started to sing along, her voice was so sweet, I felt like it was "the beginning of a new life", like after that moment we were going to talk, exchange phone numbers, go out, I felt like "I found her, in a few months we'll be getting married, that's the person I was waiting for my whole life". Then I woke up. Aarghhhhh!!. I want to go back to that "universe"!!. If I knew how to paint or draw I could do a portrait of her. If I hear her voice again I'm sure I can say "that's her", and it's not just the looks or the voice, it's the general feeling, impression or "aura" that felt like I knew her or I was supposed to know her and have a life together. I don't know if "aura" is the right word, I mean the whole sensation you feel when you meet somebody new, the impression, what that person emits or makes you feel. The moment in my dream where that person started to sing, it felt like "home" or "I belong with that person". Now waking up here in this horrible universe I feel alone and miserable again hahaha.

Wow. Fell asleep within ten min, and woke up around 1 hr mark, while being instructed to see myself, in my last life, on my last day, and I was shocked and not briefed because I had been asleep and did not remember anything. I was too nervous to see that, not wanting to be traumatized. Then, decided to allow it, enough to listen for a few minutes. Then, I saw a lady, clear as a bell, like on tv, looking in a mirror at her face and neck, for what seemed like a good minute. She was wearing a blue night dress. Bobbed black hair, in the exact haircut and colour I have said I always wanted since I was a teenager, but I always said my face was not chiseled enough. This woman had that colour of hair and cleopatra cut, and a chiseled facial structure!!! I got nervous, not wanting to to be traumatized from witnessing my death or murder, so I turned it off, telling myself, I will listen to it again, from the beginning instead another day, to find comfort and be more emotionally ready. I suppose if I did not fall asleep, I would have been prepared for the experience. I trust that you guide it properly and debreif us afterwards. As I said, I was just in shock because I woke up to it. But, I can tell you know EXACTLY what you are doing!!!! My subconscious was definitely following along when I was asleep because my vison was VERY, VERY, VERY lucid for quite a while, while I was 100% awake!!!!!!!! I will try again, when I am fully conscious, and wont fall asleep next time, so I can undergo the whole experience properly. Just, wow!

Omg I got panicked at minute 41. I saw myself as a man named Muhamet. He was my father’s dad. I saw my young wife with long black hair, my grandmother had long black hair. I got scared as far as I know my paternal grandfather passed away when my dad was 11 years old and he left behind 7 children.

I didn't see any past life or soul mate, but I fell asleep and had a dream of being a student in my old highschool (back in the 90s). I was going up stairs to another floor like I was searching for something. maybe it's because I didn't have a girlfriend in highschool and that was one of the reasons I felt so lonely, sad and depressed in those years, like "pop culture and movies say I should be meeting somebody and dating, these are supposed to be the best years of my life, but I'm alone, no friends, no girlfriend, nothing". I woke up sad, a bit nostalgic.

I remember when I first started experiencing different things like going to akashic record readings or rune readings, I would fall asleep in the cafe they would do it in quite often, even when they had group medium readings, and it's actually better because you're not offering resistance. Good evening from Europe. I found link to your regression through an article about soulmate. I tried regressing once but it was very hard without guide to see something but I saw very old entrance back than. Now it showed so clearly and I tried to visualise the purpose so that I can see only what is related to my current relationship. I think my man now is the man I saw through eyes of a first woman. First woman was young I guess around 30, I felt sand underneath my barefoot and saw a desert and mountains around. I have delicate thin dresses like from Greek times. I had gold bracelets and some head piece on my forehead. Behind me were tents. Suddenly two soldiers grabbed me under my arms and took me into main tent. I found myself in front of the man with big blue eyes and curly hair in red cloak and bronze metal uniform. But he was very kind and caring to me. I realised that I'm his wife and I'm pregnant. He was supposed to go to war and he wanted me to go away and hide from danger. I broke into tears because I felt that pain, possibility of losing someone like him in battle. He tried to calm me down and ease my pain. Now through his eyes that my current relationship must be him. Our relationship goes through very tough time because of my emotional pain and I couldn't found why. He has a lot of things to do. I feel because he is gone so often I fear abandoning, anger and sometimes betrayal. Could it be related to that right? PS: I also saw another woman but she was in her old age. I had gray hair and she lost he man because he was old too. I couldn't see if it was the same soulmate but I was crying again. I felt that pain of loosing again. Thank you so much.
