I have no idea if this meditation goes past 'I love you' because I keep falling asleep around then 😂 So beautiful. Need to try to listen sometime that isn't bedtime....

I feel like I broke down emotional and energetic barriers to love while listening to this meditation. I don't use this as a sleep meditation but have been doing it after yoga. I feel so much love during and after the meditation. Thank you. ❤️
