When I was 16 in high school my social study's teacher always said America has three branches ; executive , legislative and judicial. I asked why not just have one with all of them ? Her answer : " The accumulation of all powers, legislative, executive and judiciary, in the same hands … may justly be pronounced the very definition of tyranny.” Took me almost 45 years to figure out is WASN'T her quote it was James Maddison.

He wasn't deemed competent to run his campaign for a second term, and now they want us to believe that he came up with 3 great ideas to reform the country???? C'mon! Biden doesn't remember the next word in his sentence. Who is pushing him to stand in front of the media and behave as if this reform package is his idea? Really, these topics are significant topics that can mess up the whole country.
