How to make the famous homemade no-knead Turkish bread recipe for lunch or dinner.
I've already made Turkish bread in one of my videos, but this homemade bread is one of the tastiest and easiest Turkish bread recipes.
With this recipe you can bake homemade soft and fluffy bread without kneading.
I wish you try this delicious no-knead Turkish bread recipe.
Have a good time and have a nice day.
The main thing is to cook with joy and love!

Ingredients for the famous recipe for soft and fluffy Turkish bread without kneading:
1 teaspoon of sugar.
Add 1 cup (200 ml) of warm water.
10 grams of dry yeast.
Mix well.
Add 1 cup flour.
My glass is 200 ml.
Mix well.
Cover and let rise for 15-20 minutes.
1 cup (200 ml) warm water.
Mix well.
Add 3 more cups of flour.
Add 1 teaspoon of salt.
Mix well.
This type of gradual addition of ingredients allows you to get a homogeneous dough without kneading the dough on the table.
Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place until the dough has doubled in size.
It took me 90 minutes.

Look at the soft dough!
Sprinkle the table with flour.
Put the dough on the table.
Just roll the dough like I show.
Form a ball from the dough.
Divide the dough into 2 parts.
Shape the dough as I show.
Repeat after me.
Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cover and let the dough rest in a warm place for another 25-30 minutes.
1 tablespoon of flour.
Add 20 ml cold water.
stir.
Add 50ml boiling water.
Add 1 egg yolk.
Mix well.

Spread the bread with egg yolk.
Make patterns on the bread.
Repeat after me.
Brush the bread again with the egg yolk.
Sprinkle bread with sesame seeds.
I also added black sesame.
Bake for 15 minutes in an oven preheated to 250 degrees.
Be sure to place a cup of boiling water on the bottom baking sheet.
Very nice bread!
Very soft bread!
Delicious and beautiful Turkish bread!
Enjoy your meal!

Geleneksel lezzetimizdir. Evde yapmasida çok kolaydır ama odun ateşinde firinlarda pişeni dahada nefis olur.ellerine sağlık. Afiyet olsun.tebrik ediyorum

Ramazan pidesi. Şimdi tam zamanı. Ellerinize sağlık. Çok güzel görünüyor. 👌😊
  • It's called Ramadan Pide as it is traditionally used for breaking fast after sundown in the month of Ramadan. It's possibly the most beautiful tasting bread you will ever try. Nobody cuts it with a knife though! The reason for putting the shapes into the dough with your fingers is so you can tear it apart with your hands and just stuff it into your mouth on its own. Pure heaven..
