Two planes flying in close proximity over south OC

5/6/14 over Lake Forest / Mission Viejo. Looking on FlightRadar24, the trailing plane is a Cessa Citation X that took off from Chino around 6:10 PDT:

It then proceeded to over South Orange County and out over the ocean towards Catalina Island. From there it flew erratically over the island for about 1.5 hours before returning to South OC. It then spends about 15 minutes circling over the Lake Forest / Mission Viejo area before returning to Chino airport, landing just after 8pm PDT.

FlightRadar has no info on the prop plane. I see no other planes come near the Cessna.

Working on getting photos off the camera now (8:30pm).
