A peaceful bamboo forest on Maui in stunning full 4k resolution with the GoPro Hero 4 Black. Shot with ProTune on at 30fps and minor color correction done in post. Normally in such dense forests the low light makes it difficult to capture high quality detail without getting super noisy, grainy footage, but by keeping the ISO and sharpness down and stretching the legs on the new sensor you are able to keep a surprising amount of detail and clarity even in low light situations.

I was really hoping that it would be the sound of the bamboo clanking together when the wind is blowing. That’s how it was when I was hiking through it and it was magical—I want a recording of that to meditate to.
