Ruby, Rosie, Ivy and Holly. Very memorable. Two “red”, two “green”. Praying for a safe delivery for you. I enjoyed looking at your sweet clothing haul.

Lily........ He's the lily of the valley. How much more precious can you get than that?
  • I love that you named your first three with a theme … stay with that!! Another special connection for your girls. So I say go with Lily or Eden, especially with their meanings.
  • I looked up the name for Annalise and it means God is my oath; Favor, grace. Pray all goes well with the birth of your baby.

Good job of making the point that second or third time moms need support too!! Bring the meals people!! They will be much appreciated!! You look gorgeous Kristen!!🥰

In my opinion every mom is a new mom…one, two…ten…she certainly deserves the same attention, recognition, and support as if a first time mom.

When my husband and I struggled with fertility issues, a pastor told me, "it's okay to tell God your hearts desire- and ask if it be in His will." I did exactly that, and soon had a baby girl. We named her Michaela, meaning "she who is like the Lord", and she IS! 28 yrs old now, and so much like Christ, in her lovely character. We then gave her the middle name of Beth, meaning "God's promise". All 3 of my children now have names of biblical meaning and that means a lot to each of them. In fact, we had a different name planned for our youngest son, but one day during the end of my pregnancy, God put another name heavily on my heart, both first and middle names. My husband came home from work that day and was nervous to tell me, he felt compelled to change our name choice. God had put on his heart the very same names!! These names had not been in our thought process. They came out of the blue - on the same day. So we know that God has great plans for this young man that HE named, instead of what we had planned. 🥰

My favourite names are Grace,Leonora,Eustacia and Violet. If you wanted a gemstone to match Rose and Ruby (both red) you could have Ivy and Emerald (Emmie)(both green) which symbolises birth into a new, purer life which seems very fitting.

Going with the botanical theme: Daisy, Poppy, Clover, Aspen, Acacia, Juniper, Willow, Laurel, Olive, Sage and Flora
  • I’m excited to “meet” your new baby daughter…prayers for a smooth, joyful birth. 💕 I love all the names…when you see and hold her you will know what fits her!

Yes! I’ve learned that pregnant mama’s with kids sometimes need more help than pregnant first time mama’s!! I was so sick with our third but still had two children to care for and it was a struggle. We got through it but now I’m more aware and quick to drop off dinner for a pregnant mama or do her laundry or clean for her if she has other kids to care for too. The work doesn’t stop! Thanks for reminding us of this !

Lily Elizabeth Lily Sierra Thanks for the reminder about supporting second and third moms! It makes so much sense! Best wishes for your family and new baby girl 💕

I have nieces named Margaret...they call her Maggie. Then the next one is Elizabeth...they call her Libby. Then the last one is Eleanor...they call her Ellie. I love biblical names❤❤❤
  • I love Elizabeth, mostly because of Elizabeth in the Bible and her faithfulness. It also sounds pretty
  • @frankdipinto72
Eden Elizabeth ❤. All the names are precious. You will know when she is born. Blessings 🙌

Wow I really needed to hear another mom mention the topic of moms not experiencing the same love as first time moms. Were expecting our third boy next month and I was really hopeful for excitement from our friends and family but it's crickets over here. I made a registry for minimal things that we really need and no one asked to get us anything or offered to help us in any way. All my "friends" haven't checked in once and family hasn't really checked in on how I'm doing either. It really does suck but it is what it is. Our circle is already very small so Im not too hopeful on anyone showing up for us but just grateful God blessed my husband and I with support with one another and our boys.
  • I love the name Charlotte! 💕 You are SO right about the lack of support for non-first time moms. By my third pregnancy, it felt like there was no excitement from anyone except our little immediate family. We adopted our fourth child and there was nothing. No celebration except for what we did for him ourselves during his second birthday party (he was adopted a few days before his 2nd birthday). So I’ll add, don’t forget about adoptive moms. Even if the child isn’t a newborn, bringing a child into a family is reason to celebrate and it is a major transition that needs some support (meals, toys, diapers…). ❤️
