Kristen, why don't you turn the door hanger around so that the basket holding the pads will be on the back side of the door & when you close it you'll have the pads handy inside the bathroom instead of out in your kitchen. God bless!

Kristen, put that witch hazel on some pads and put them in your refrigerator. I didn’t know about this until my third baby, and the area you just pushed a baby through deserves some first rate comfort care, and this is pure relief.

Kristen!! I’m a labor nurse and your breathlessness is making me nervous. Probably nothing, but there is a condition called peripartum cardiomyopathy (PPCM) that you might want to check into. It isn’t something that all OBs look for, so chances are…it isn’t on your OB’s radar. Just telling ya because I ❤ ya!
