To be honest, his story is very unfortunate, because isn't he just going to like technically die soon, I don't know, do to like the snake and the illness he got I love these two very much they like have a father and daughter relationship it's very adorable both of their stories are tragic but they have each other π i love how he's stric but very sweet to her π I'm glad you explained to them that he's just a doctor because TwT not many people do that he'd actually be useful to them

Not sure if it was your intention but I perceived this as Baizhu wanting immortality not only to overcome his illness, but because he wants to keep Qiqi company for as long as she's willing to live. And he took drastic measures making a pact with a demon due to his illness and not having enough time for a concrete plan. Not to say, Baizhu's goal to save as many people as possible <3

For some reason my brain perceives Baizhu as a sinister figure and I have no idea why, it just decided to look at him and go βheβs up to no goodβ. And now it wonβt shut up and let me enjoy him an Qiqi (+the front desk guy) somehow operating a pharmacy in peace

To be completely honest, Qiqi is the most unfortunate character of the game just because she has inmortality, but atleast she doesnt remember much of things, so she wont suffer much

Honestly, Baizhu makes me sad. Whenever I hear him coughing or wheezing in an edit or smth, my mood always drops π But smth I found out too was the fact that his and his snakeβs(forgot the name) eyes are apparently swapped and thatβs kinda cute imo
