January 6th Insurrection a Criminal Conspiracy

Essentially a listing of all those high mucky mucks who were involved in planning or organizing to what amounts to a criminal conspiracy for Treason, Sedition, Subversion. (18 USC Chap 115, Secs 2381-2390) Notice how many of these people were lawyers! All told, the House January 6th Committee subpoenaed something like 41 people from Team Trumpster Orbit who were involved in what amounts to a criminal Conspiracy. This listing I provide is hardly exhaustive; it simply shows who these people are and provides a bare bones outline of their criminal activity.

If there were indictments for a criminal conspiracy would Der Trumpster be an unindicted co-conspirator or the 141 Republican Representatives and 8 Republican Senators who wanted to deny Joe Biden his Electoral Votes be unindicted co-conspirators?

Do the Conspirators have a defense if the sincerely believed the Election had been stolen by deliberate fraud or voter machine manipulation, even though NO fraud was found in almost 60+ cases brought before the courts? Is sincerely of believe a defense?

    When I put this up in November, there were something like 41 people/organizations under Subpoeana by the January 6th House Committee looking into the Insurrection. Now, on February 17, 2022--there are 88 people/organization under Subpoena.
