I like how Catherine is playing the innocent, victimized wife and mother a) while still exploiting her kids even at what is certainly an emotional vulnerable moment (even if the divorce is fake, it's in the media. The eldest is school aged and is no doubt hearing about it from her classmates) and b) when she was more than happy to throw Shyla under the bus.
