I can't believe why I never went through all this in GTA Vice City in my childhood and teenhood when I played it on PC, laptop, PS2 and iPad mini. Never knew this all existed. As I always attacked the soldiers early and they yell "Defensive Positions!!!" then I try carefully to survive as they're the army armed with M4 assault rifles and it's easy to get killed by them in few seconds and then steal the tank once they're all finished.

when i played this back then (loooong ago) i blocked the convoy with a car, and i expected that the whole convoy will just stop and stay still, and it was mind blowing to see the soldiers actually take the car and move it away :O
