Either the Amplifier is not working or the power supply is messed up. I am using a MKD-411300350 power supply

Hi, did you ever fix this? I had the same issue but took the power adapter with higher voltage from the older (8100 model) and used it instead which fixed it. I was told we are only supposed to use the correct adapter. My purchase was from CableTVamps dotcom. Also my Internet wasn't working until I tried the higher voltage.
