no shaky voice tells how much she has grown and HEALED 😭😭😭❤️❤️❤️

Never thought I’d be 29 and rocking my baby watching the rain from the window on a July afternoon listening to the new version of “last kiss”. Crazy how music takes you back.

it's 2023 i'm 70 and this song takes me back to the summer of 1972 and the girl i loved when i was 19 and those memories will never leave .. like the last kiss ...

Before All Too Well, this song existed and I remember being 14 and creating fake scenerios in my head whilst listening to Last Kiss 🥺💜

her voice didn't quiver as she took in a breathe like she did in her previous one. i loved that part because it showed how genuine her emotions was at the time. but now, her voice is all steady, like it didn't hurt her like it used to and she's just reminiscing her last kiss now 💜
  • “So I’ll watch your life in pictures like I used to watch you sleep / and I’ll feel you forget me like I used to feel you breathe” breaks my heart every time I hear it
  • @MrNicolasLombard
"Hope it's nice where you are" is such a lovely wish, after losing someone who you really miss! Thank you, Taylor. 💖🙏💋

I can still hear the raw feelings in her voice after all these years
  • @razan8350
Her voice is so mature now, she's no longer heartbroken, my Taylor you've grown so much.
  • @KeijEjercito
This is her most underrated song. Heartbreaking.

No jokes, one of the best songs ever written with all too well, hands down.

It’s so strange how one song takes you back to the time when you first heard even after all these years even when your life has completely changed. This will forever be my favourite Taylor’s song! ❤️❤️❤️

this bridge is ME. I love how taylor can capture that much emotion and saddness just with her words, her voice, and her melody.

3:47 "So I'll watch your life in pictures like I used to watch you sleep" will always be a catastrophically devastating line 💔

Even the guitar strings sound like a ticking clock, and this song is about time passing wistfully. She's not just a story teller in her lyrics but every aspect of the song envelopes you into a feeling. Taylor Swift is brilliant.

I don't know why but to me, this song has always been a description of the loss of a loved one/grieving process rather than the end of a relationship. Still hits different 💔❤
  • @CuriusGorg
"I'll feel you forget me like I used to feel you breath" gets me everytime. I can't not cry at that part

I remember standing in the rain listening to this song. I was in love at 15 years old with a boy who’s family hated me. I remember standing in the pouring rain, trying to give him a phone that I bought to keep in contact with him as our parents kept us apart. I never thought I’d revisit those feelings until this very moment. What a beautiful redemption of a true masterpiece.
