It's gotten to the point where flight attendants need bodycam . Heck it's gotten to the point we all should wear bodycams.
-
I want to hear what the witnesses saw
-
So he's one of those people that doesn't consider other people's space and treats the airplane like his home.
-
I once got my knee hit by a cart pushed on an aircraft aisle years ago. The flight attendant immediately apologized. Later on the person checked on me again and apologized. What has the aviation industry turned into?

The flight attendant can't come back to work and went on disability? Sounds like he's milking the disability angle. I refuse to fly. If I can't take a car, bus, train, or ship I'm not going.
-
why he couldn’t work because his feelings were hurt

karens can be passengers, karens can be flight attendants. give either a little power and youre screwed.
-
"Excruciating pain"? "I lightly brushed him"? If you want people to believe you, sound believable.
-
I would like to hear the other side of the story. People tend to downplay their actions when they're at fault.
-
His side of the story. As always there are two sides which means there's more to the story.

Sue the flight attendant and the airline for filing a false report.
-
Another piece of advice. Do not fly United. They hate their customers.
-
For the false accusations, the flight attendant should face charges.
-
If you are in an aisle seat expect to be bumped into by crew and passengers alike, and don't expect any apologies.
-
Airliners are full of Karen crew and passengers.
-
Don’t pay the fine. This is ridiculous.

There must have been some bruise, or swelling, where the cart hit him. As to having injured the steward so badly he had to take a long vacation, I say: prove it. Where are the photographs of the injuries? Where are the doctor’s reports? That overworked, stressed-out sky waiter just wants a payday.

I love the lawyer intently making sure his act goes according to plan
-
I'm curious why airplanes don't have video surveillance???
-
So do they have the people who witnessed the incident and take the airline to court
