Note: A healthy person can actually survive 3 weeks or 21 days without eating. So don’t worry about not eating during fasting (unless you’re about to reach day 22.)

VERY IMPORTANT WHEN COMING OUT OF A FAST!!!! DONT EAT TOO MUCH AS YOUR BODY ISNT USED TO EATING ALOT OF FOOD. IF YOU INSTANTLY START EATING TONS OF FOOD, IT CAN RESULT IN CARDIAC ARREST!

BRAIN IS SMART AGAIN (Still a bit crazy though)

Pancreas: finally I get a break from making insulin, but it's still sad I'm not in videos.

fasting for 7 days isn't that difficult, it's really the 3rd day that sucks the most

Longest i've gone is about four or five days and by that point I was dreaming of food. I broke the fast on the fifth morning and the breakfast I ate was the best tasting breakfast i've had in YEARS.

Hey, Human buddy! I REALLY have to thank you for this video!!! I have been actually lazing around and not feeling hungry (thus being satisfied with only one meal a day) for two days when this video came out and introduced me to ketosis, which really fascinated me! It reminded me of multiple other people who successfully lost weight through fasting/ intermittent fasting and I decided I was going to jump into this properly (since I’m not too bad at going without food for many hours)! I’m already on my second week and I’m not medically qualified to guarantee if I’m right or wrong about this… but just yesterday, I felt something almost incredible happening in my body. After the 18th hour, I felt so lightweight, energetic, alert, with no cravings/hunger pangs at all smoothly for the next 5 hours! It was almost saddening to break my fast after 24 hours but I’m not going to overdo myself yet as I’m still getting to know my body better. But I’m really loving this potential change in lifestyle and my relationship with food and maybe I’ll finally get into shape! Thanks to you for introducing us to this topic! 🤩

This excellent cartoon left out the need to add electrolytes to water (when fasting 3 to 7 days or more) so the potassium, sodium, chloride, and magnesium levels can be sustained, thereby making it easier to tolerate not eating and keep you from getting cramps and perhaps avoid heart flutters, headaches, etc, so say many PhD's and MD's on YouTube. Other than that, great work! Found this channel today! Looking forward to more content!
