just advice for everyone who is in that type of “relationship”: just stop being attached and rise your standards if they will come(they will always) don’t accept bare minimum because what’s the point of that if you know that bare minimum will hurt you. Yes it’s hard because personally me every time when I see him of we communicate about work I want to be you know comfy for him/put him on first place and it’s hard do not do that. People will chase for you of you’ll put yourself first.
