Cooking Wonderful Curry Shrimp and potatoes

If the shrimp ain’t jumbo, it just won’t work. These curry shrimp are well seasoned. I made sure to use other seasonings besides curry.
However, Curry is the main seasoning.
This dish took me at least an hour and a half. Don’t forget to add in your cooked russet potatoes. That’s what helps give the sauce thickness. I love my sauce thick and never thin or watery. I don’t play that nonsense
