HOW TO MAKE CURRY SHRIMP WITH COCONUT MILK AND POTATOES|JAMAICAN STYLE

Hey guys
Today's menu is a well-requested Coconut Curried shrimp with potatoes recipe. This Curry shrimp is full of flavours, it can be served with white rice or eaten by itself.

These are all the ingredients you'll need for this easy & delicious meal :
1 lb- Jumbo Deveined Shrimp
1 Tbsp- Betapac Curry
1/2 Tbsp- Maggi Season up All-purpose Season
1/2 tsp-Maggi Fish Season
1/2 tsp-Garlic Powder Season
1/2 tsp-Black Pepper
1 stalk Scallion
fresh thyme
1 medium Onion
1 small piece of ginger
2 cloves fresh garlic- 1 minced and the other whole (all will add into the oil when burning the curry)
1 whole - Scotch Bonnet Pepper
1/2- Cut Scotch Bonnet Pepper (or add to your preference)
2 potatoes (chopped into cubes)
6-8 Pimento berries ( crushed & whole)
Add salt to taste
