Morgan Dollars, minted from 1878 to 1921, are some of the most iconic coins in American collecting. Some are worth about $25, while others are worth closer to $2,000,000 (as you'll see!)... but understanding both what to look for in collections and at shows and what some of the greatest silver coins in America are is critical. I cover some of the most interesting and findable VAMs, presentation pieces, key dates, proofs, branch-mint (!) proofs, and other special strikes. Hopefully you learn as much as I did in the creation of this presentation!

  • Thanks for taking the time to show and view the 20 most valuable Morgans. I was shocked to see the condition of the #1 coin. It looked damaged. The coin got a high grade but it didn't look stunning to me. Perhaps it has historical or limited production. Again, thanks for your videos. Keep them coming!
  • It would be cool to do another one of just normal dates that are not mint errors or proofs like how the number 1 spot was just a good old hard ass date to get type of list
  • Hi there buddy I found a variety on a 1953 d nickel with D/D and has a extra chimney with a string around it I can't get no help on it please can you help me
  • I just got your email, Christian. I'm glad you are out of the hospital. I hope you heal up well and quick!
  • Dangggg i actually have the 1882 one wraped in foil , id say its either a ms65 or higher
  • I was able to cherrypick a 1903-S Micro S from a small group of higher grade 1903-S. I also cherrypicked a 1921-D from a group of Unc 1921-Ds that looks like a PL. ANACS returned it as a straight grade MS-64, telling me that the mirror wasn't deep enough.

I got to see an 1895 in PR65CAM in person at a coin shop last year, it was stunning to see one in real life. The shop owner quoted me a price of $120K, and joked with a three-week layaway.
