  • I have been suffering from sciatica due to L5-S1 compression since March 2023. Initially I took painkiller tabs etc as per doctor's advice. It did not give me relief from pain in my upper right thigh to foot. I have been taking complete rest ever since. Now after three months rest my pain has subsided 99%. I hope I will be free of any lingering little pain in another two weeks thanks to continuous rest. I avoid lifting heavy weights and bending as per medical advice. Taking rest appears to be the key to a complete cure.
