    The worst part of the hurricane actually affect the Kingston area . This is on the opposite side and in the northern part of the island.

    Of course it has min damage. It’s a resort that has loads of money and the buildings are built to withstand a storm. The locals have none of that.

    If buildings can be built like this to withstand hurricanes, then why can't we have the same codes for people's HOMES?! This shows you the level of contempt between the classes. .poor people life at high risk in every way.
