The only reason I am a Pokemon Youtuber at all, is due to finding a Pokemon League in 2016, 15 minutes from my house. There i got back into the Pokemon universe and met so many new friends. You can do that too. events.pokemon.com/en-us/events Find a Pokemon League near you and check it out, it might start a beautiful journey of your own.

The integrity and respect shown for both the game and every opponent you both faced is so nice to see and genuinely heartwarming. Just some awesome friends having a friendly competition and laughing the whole way. Glad to see purple back into his starting content, seeing him back in the TCG game is making me happy its also influencing me to try the pokemon TCG aswell as getting back into competitive yugioh!

Such a sweet ending. I think it underlines part of why Pokémon is so special to so many people. It’s not just the games or cards themselves. It’s the community. The fellow trainers who we interact with. An instant connection that you can share with someone. I’ve been playing the games since gen 1 and never stopped. And this is part of why I still love Pokémon to this day.

Battling will never be my thing, whether it's in the card game or in the games themselves. But I truly love the community it brings to its players. I'm a writer. I love pokémon for its story, its characters. I write my own stories about them. I make my own communities where people can gather and write their own stories, too. And I love that. Pokémon has truly given me something that I don't think anything else ever has nor ever will, and that's a safe place. Thanks for making these videos, Jack. As someone who's been watching since the Twitch streams, it's truly inspiring to see how much you've grown and to see what you continue to do. I hope I can be like you one day.
