Ginger and even just ginger powder in water or tea with some lemon juice works as well as any of these.
  • I swear by Turmeric and cayenne pepper, Cayenne pepper goes on almost everything, but its just a pinch each.
  • Flaxseed- chia seed and hemp seed soaked overnight- great porridge and beneficial for gut health and more. Research it yourself. Love it and the associated benefits. ❤

Hospitals, doctors offices and schools should be places where good nutrition is taught and provided not places that contribute to disease and obesity. It is crazy the hospitals are feeding people the very food that caused the heart disease, high blood pressure or cancer that they are treating. Every person in the hospital should receive some nutrition education before being released. Every doctor visit should be an opportunity to educate patients about how food choices impacts their health outcomes. The fact that doctors do not get nutrition training as part of their training makes no sense. Medicare and Medicaid should require nutrition education as part of patient care. Focus should be on food choices. Fasting should be investigated as a treatment for disease.

Soak chia to allow expansion prior to consuming. Safer for digestion I read.

Processed food manufacturers need to hear from consumers that less ADDED chemicals, sugar, oil and salt is wanted in their food products. Why is there so much ADDED sugar in everything, even bread. That's just crazy Email, text, tweet or phone your favorite producer of poison and let them know consumers want less salt, oils and sugars in their products. Let their customer service department know that all the extra added salt, oil and sugar is not necessary or desired and is causing health issues. Reduce or eliminate highly processed food from your diet if you can.

CAYENNE PEPPER IS SUCH AN ANAZING SPICE AND GOOD FOR THE HEART !!
  • Turmeric is fat soluble so in order for it to absorbed properly it needs to be taken with a fat. 👍🏻
  • I have iron deficient anemia, and no one ever told me that turmeric can block iron absorption🤦🏻‍♀️
  • Except for saffron, all the other spices are in the reach of common man's pocket with average income.
