HOAs everywhere don't allow trucks, and have tons of other ridiculous rules. NEVER live in an HOA community !!!
-
Banning commerical vehicles (anything with company logos) is very common for any condo or hoa's. But trucks in general is crazy.
-
Surprised to see the tundra market grow especially considering the hate it gets online
-
Yep every hoa I lived in FL was that way for trucks, boats, or any trailer.
-
No way this would be tolerated in Tx !!

For those of you who do not know what an HOA is; Home Owners Association. They come in different sizes, shapes, stripes, etc.
-
The Homeowners in these HOAs can vote in people who can change the bylaws.

I’ve noticed at my local Toyota dealer they have around 15-20 Tundras on their lot. They normally have 3-5. I’m friends with some of the management and they’ve always complained they had a hard time getting tundras in the past. Like you mentioned production must have opened up with Tacoma not being made in the same plant

Unfortunately, I inherited a house, that's in an HOA, in Florida. Well, it's never been a problem here. They've complained about work vehicles and RVs, but now they've allowed RVs.
-
The problem was there’s some kind of legal loophole in the law that doesn’t apply to pre-existing homeowners associations of a certain type they still have the ability to deny pick up trucks and work vehicles in their driveways
-
Just because the Gov signed a bill it doesn't mean anything. Those bills are hundreds of pages long, have tons of exceptions and crazy to understand language. However, the whole thing seems pretty bizarre.
-
HOA rules were probably already written prior to the tenant moving into the development. Many HOA’s don’t allow dual wheeled trucks, nor do they allow vehicles with their business logo’s. Cost of the vehicle is irrelevant.
-
500,000 dollar home and can’t park your 80,000 dollar personal use truck in your driveway. That’s when your homeowners fire insurance kicks in. 😎
-
Tim, where is Jill, the 5’ wonder of truck and suv reviews? I like her diminutive perspective on vehicles, too.

Good show!

I probably cant afford Most reliable.. So i watch the Worst so i dont get it. Lol

How tf does HOA have more power than the Governor
-
What does hoa have to do with payment's 😅😅😅😅
