Mindfulness is actually a habit of thinking positively about everything, which is very difficult to maintain when you first start. Because there are constant distractions that interrupt your state of mindfulness. An important technique here is to get rid of distractions as soon as they occur, and to focus your mind on mindfulness, and so on, over the years. Your mind will be purified and you will have a whole new perception of the world.
