    This is one of those exercises where big strong guys watch someone do it and think it'll be easy to do. Then when they actually try it and get half way through the first rep before falling over.

    Standing ab rollout is the best if you can safely do it that is.
  • Careful with this, I strained my abs and they felt sore for like 2 months. This was after training for years, just went to hard one day

    I tried regressing this movement to my client, using a trx while standing or kneeling, closer or away from the anchor point. Try it out👍

    If any one can do regularly hallow body hold for 1 minute hold or more & hallow body rocks then you can do easily exercise with ab roller.
