    I do a pilates class each week but was unsure how to bring it home for exercise on the other week days. Have seen wall pilates all over social media but was unsure.     Started on January 2, so this is day 3 for me. I got a little extra motivated yesterday and did all of the workouts, so the repeat of the legs/belly/arms workout today was extremely challenging at times. I had a lot of leg and foot cramps, so I am going to focus on better hydration throughout the day to help remedy that. Loving the workouts so far! Thank you for putting this program out there.
