My hat is off to Nick. I'm 46 now, and there's no way I'd attempt the crazy things I could do, when I was the age of the guys they were trying to emulate. Legend.

The fact Nick is able to keep up and even beat them at his age past his prime and at not even his strongest is amazing

I think Nick has to be my favorite! Such a chill personality, but that modesty is equaled by his abilities and attitude of disdain for restrictions due to age.

My name is Steve Mendez I am from Fort Worth Texas. I am totally blind. I have no vision whatsoever. Since October 19 of 2023 I have been on a journey to be a better me. I had a heart attack on that day I am looking for somebody to help me on the strongman journey, I am giving it all these past six months and I will not stop giving it my all. I just need somebody to give me some tips, some training and belief in me. If this is something y’all can help me with it would not be in vain.

Ya know, I feel for Nick. This is PURELY speculation, but from his era there wasn't alot of positive affirmation given to men. Particularly men of his build and stature. I kinda wonder if his emotions well up because he's not used to experiencing every day positive words and actions directed towards him.
