I had two epley maneuvers in an appointment. Vertigo stopped but after the epley maneuvers i started feeling dizziness when moving and imbalance. Now im on day 20 after epley. Dizziness still exists but its better than the first day. I cannot go out walking ,im afraid. I started vestibular rehab exercises yesterday. I will follow your exercises and i will let you know. Thank you so much!!!

Fantastic of you to make these videos....your one about vistibular hypofunction helped me heaps.....and I can say I did hibituation excercises (looking back over my shoulder) and it made it possible to do this function (over here we have a lot of cyclists on the footpath and you have to keep looking for them)....so thanks again.

I just had epley at a professional a few weeks ago and saw a tremendous difference , and although bppv is gone I'm having so much residual dizziness . It really helps to hear this and will do my best to retrain my brain to use the positions I've been avoiding for so long ❤️ thank you for this video

Thank you so much for this video, this answered some of my questions for my physical therapist. I already asked her way too many questions during my sessions with her and sometimes I forget the question I wanted to ask.
  • Wow! I’m really glad I clicked on this video. How you described the dizziness after bppv is exactly how I feel. Thanks for the help; I feel a little less anxious about it.
  • You are the best!❤ For me I still feel I can’t lay supine after I have cleared my BPPV, I will try some of your exercises

Helpful post. My experience is that to 'can the canaliths' you need to repeat epley or whatever worked for you with differing timescales. Always ensure it IS canaliths and not due say to an ear infection, blocked eustachian tube etc. I noted that the 3pd for me was worse when close up to walls etc where visual changes maxed out when moving just a little. I tend to agree that confronting 3pd AFTER eliminating original causes of dizziness is worth trying. That and the rehab exercises.
