    Oh Rita, God bless you with all those tomatoes. I hope you enjoy them all year long, maybe 2 years. Amazing. I have canned tomatoes with my granddaughter. I wanted to teach her. It was so much fun but it was about 3 jars worth, not like what you have there. lol. Be blessed.

    I remember one 4th of July, mom and I caned 30 qts of corn and 25 qts of tomatoes . We grew the tomatoes, and the cirn was given to us by a friend who planted about 10 acres of sweet corn, and he let people pick what they wanted.
