    This was great, I enjoyed having this longer, slower video to learn from. I appreciate the details you teach with reminders for spine position, neck, etc. I have many body issues, cakes and pains and have Pilates for years for PT. I need to pay attention to all of the details so I don’t further injure myself. Thank you again for all of your videos. I will do this many times to learn and benefit from. I can’t do all of the exercises, some are too difficult, so I end up doing maybe the first step that you show us and over time I may be able to progress. Your videos are like class sessions which is necessary for me. Thank you again. I may end up at some point subscribing to your website programs. For now, the ones you offer here are perfect.

  • This was such a wonderful intermediate workout!  There are not many intermediate reformer workouts on U-Tube so I really appreciated this.  There were a few exercises that were challenging for me but I look forward to working out with you John so those challenging exercises will get easier and easier.  Again this workout is really great!
