  • so why is a 13 yr. old running the streets at 10:30 pm, with a PELLET GUN???? who bought him that gun????
  • @sparkplug5481
How stupid is it to point a fake gun at someone with a real gun?
  • I grew up in Utica New York . I left when i was 25 and never looked back .

From what I read, the officer only fired ONCE. The officer did not want this young man to die, but this young man chose it.

13 yr old out after 10:30pm... and in possession of pellet pistol... that he threatened police with. Hold on while I do the math.

Maybe if they would’ve raised their kids better this wouldn’t have happened.
  • Don’t blame the police. Blame the parent of the fatherless son.
  • @DaRay814
How about we start holding parents liable for their kids' actions?
  • @Missangie827
will the bad choices of this child wanting to be a grown gangster change another kids mind about such a stupid decision? senseless behavior
  • At 13 you can bet my butt was at home by 9 o'clock. Even at that young age i wouldnt have pointed no kinda gun at an officer fake or real.

If the kid is going around the neighborhood at 10:30 PM with a pellet gun he should expect trouble.

We had pellet guns growing up. Never would occur to anybody to point it at a Cop. Cultural or the parents on this one.
  • I have a couple of friends who were hanging out drinking one nite. One of them thought it would be funny to shoot the other in the leg with a pellet gun. Turned out to be a $3,600 ER bill to have it removed. Pellet guns are no joke.
