No outrage here, how can you identify a replica gun from a real gun.

Do these parents not teach their kids to not point guns at people? Seriously, this is no joking matter.
  • @VioletJoy
People are outraged at police?? The real question is, why was this teen carrying a fake gun and pointing it at police officers??
  • Where was the Outrage when the Retired police officer was murdered by two teens recently?
  • Justified. He's out at night, tryna be big and bad with a pellet gun. Not only did he run, but thought pulling it out was a good idea. No sympathy. I'm upset with the parents.

The outrage isn't from anyone who's actually seen the footage. He pointed what appeared to be a real gun at an officer, so the officer reacted to the threat exactly as he should have.

I can't think of one good reason for a 13 year old boy to be carrying a pellet gun. Pointing it at a cop is just insanely stupid and even a kid of 13 would know that.
  • The only outrage should be the parents not being behind bars

You never point the gun at the police, whether it's true or fake! What a bunch of idiots!
  • @db2466
He pointed a what it looks to be a gun! Bottom line you don’t point what appears to be a gun at police officers
  • 1. Call comes in of Asian males with gun demanding money. 2. Officers approach juveniles. 3. Video shows one juvenile running with gun clearly seen in video. 3. Teenager is pulled down. 4. Teenager resists. 6. Fire is shot… and I ask: WHAT WAS THAT BOY THINKING?

Good job leaving out he pointed a replica gun at the police in the title. 100% unbiased.
  • In this case based on the info realesed it apears the officer had legitimate reason to fear for his life and use deadly force there was no way of knowing if the gun was real or not in the situation they were in. They either had to shoot him or wait to see if he shot them.
  • Fix the title to say 13 year old with a gun, late at night who was suspected of a crime and ran from police. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.

As a retired military cop, my heart goes out to the family who lost the 13-year-old boy! But he pointed what appeared to be a real gun at the officer! The police officer reacted exactly the way his training was intended! He had no other choice.😢

Why was he running away from the cop that the question
