The fact that nobody talks about the book whispers of manifestation on borlest speaks volumes about how people are stuck in a trance
  • I know I haven't always done my best. I will not lie to myself. Accepting the reality is important towards taking responsibility and growing.
  • @mrdasjo
I had many negative feelings about decisions I've made in the past. As the video mentioned, when you take a moment to sit and go through where your thoughts were at the time when you made the decision, you will treat yourself more fairly and find a level peace.
  • I am still healing from a broken heart and many regrets. This talk has been extremely helpful. Thank you so much!!
  • This is so powerful. I made a big mistake in my past but when I look back on it, I realise how vulnerable I was back then and easily manipulated and to move forward how important it is to believe in my own self worth. Thank you Dr C ❤
  • Thank you for sharing, Dr. Chatterjee. In 2018, I faced a significant setback when I failed my PhD. It was a full scholarship with a stipend, which I earned at the age of 50. Despite my hard work, I didn't make it past the second year. Reflecting on this experience, I realize that I wasn't living a balanced life and neglected my personal wellness. Even now, I occasionally think about it, and it's difficult to encapsulate all my thoughts here.

I make my bed every morning no matter what! No matter where I am I complete this task. It has been my anchor to habit stack before it and after it. It really works and I never thought it would.
  • Sometimes, busy-ness is a form of procrastination because you don't know how to take the next step. Ask me how I know. 😂
  • @Jazmarlyssa
I shared this video with my daughter who is 41 and she said she is too busy to watch it... 🤷 🤦 So there ya go!
  • I can't even be "busy". So burnt-out that laziness possesses me like a yawning demon. I wish I could switch on for one day a week.
  • Feeling guilty is a way to understand in which area we need improvement ,we lie down our mistakes and we are fixing the way we think and act. If we keep doing the same thing that means that we need to change our environment and people we have connection with. You fall you get up and try better without regret ,just try again, in the end ,the process of trying will help you to become a better human a better version of who you wanted to become.

You don’t know how many lives you have changed and improved !❤ I have stuck to my workout every day even after a recent heartbreak I told myself to not give up on my promise to keep my mental and physical health up!! It’s helped me move on it does help your outlook and mental health !!! Much love to you Rangan ❤❤❤
  • Looking forward to the next 50 years. I'm 64 by the way.
  • @valtracey6180
Why not 3 lessons for today Rangan? If I thought I had 50 years to go I’d never get anything done! If you’re going to do it, do it NOW! Btw - I’m 71 and looking forward to seeing what I can achieve tomorrow 😀
  • Boy oh boy, I needed to hear this. I promise to do the breathing and the meditation for 10 minutes every day. A great video filled with compassion and understanding of others situations.
  • @cartb3569
Regret is a healthy intelligent feeling and I am sick of ppl acting like it's some default in a healthy brain.
  • @OneGoodTake
I find this idea that regret equals perfectionism full of flaws and exceptions. It seems to be a mental trick you use to come to terms with disappointments. If that works for you, great, but it doesn't ring true to me, so it's not how I'd reframe regret. It's a very personal thing, obviously, but I find 'acceptance' a better way of dealing with regret.
  • @johngrigg2751
You mentioned doing your 5 minutes awhile ago. It works. Every night, without fail, before bed i tidy the lounge. It's a pleasure to walk in there in the morning.
  • @Annette-n1l
While listening to this, I was doing my 5 minute stretch routine. I read this in your book some time ago and it's one thing I do every day. Thank you Rangan x
