Nice, I remember the original gold bar glitch from the games 1st week release at this same location. At that time you could just infinitely do this glitch and I have a playthrough that I saved from that time where I have $100,000 and 30 gold bars in my satchel. So now that is just my βno-autosave, raise hell,β saved game lol rich asf and super dishonorable

I remember when the game came out you can pick up unlimited bars here in the same spot I had 40,000 in the first few missions but they patched it in about a week π

I can confirm this works 5/5/24 on Xbox series X. This glitch gives me a throwback to the greatest gold bar glitch of all time back when the game first launched in this same spot

Do you you have to have the fence unlocked or be further along in the game. I'm just in the beginning coming off the snowy mountain

I play this game on the disk and have never had my PS4 online. Were I to connect it to the 'net, would my RDR2 receive lots of patches without me asking for them? Thanks.

I managed to snatch 4-5 gold bars by now even in the latest version of the game as Arthur

Followed everything and yes the pamphlet disappears... But you don't get unlimited bars, as soon as i pick up that one that's it. (Im on pc, current build) It's patched.

How do we keep repeating after we see the second gold bar? Do we just keep saving and reloading?

Hey, a quick question can yu farm this all the yime or is yhis a one tjme thing?

This does not work on PC because the PC version lock box does not have the pamphlet, I believe the recipe is automatically given in the game or you can buy it somewhere else.......So there is no way to make the glitch work on PC since the glitch is dependent upon 2 items being in the box at the same time......

Is there a way to respawn the gold Bar if you've already taken it before, or no?

Mate ive just done this and its letting me lift 30 gold bars at once. They keep spawning again once i lift one. Then i go to sell them to the fence, come back and take one more then they disappear. Save game reload and i can do it all over again!

I'm only able to get 2 bars before it doesn't work no matter how many times I reload. Will try the other locations, though and see if that works. Thanks!

Can confirm it doesn't work as of June 4th /2024, PS5. Did everything over 7 different save files. Nothing worked, only spawned 1 gold bar.
