Imagine being the texture artist who just scribbled some shit onto a marble plaque and seeing all this happen
  • @NobodyYouKnow01
"What??? You actually stood in front of the statue for 24 hours and 1 minute?" "Yes."
  • @dj-vo2er
he was found today. 24 years and 1 month after the games release.

Around 15 years ago, took a stab at the theory of "L is Real 2401" that went more into context of the game. After a little "artistic rendition" of the text, I came to the conclusion that it was likely the grave (or memorial) of Peach's father (or possibly parents) which was defaced by Bowser OR heavily worn for some reason. The text would have originally read "Toadstool 1981"... which would also provide SOME CONTEXT for the Boo's hiding out there (ghosts would likely hang out around where they died or around other dead entities). It may not be perfectly accurate, but it would fit reasonably well within the game lore & could potentially be part of the canon with Peach & the castle. That's just my 0.02 MB on this.

The real message goes as follows: “L, did you know that shinigami love apples?”
  • I went up to the truck by the ocean and used strength and Luigi was unlocked
  • @Glockenspheal
Well duh, you need to wait for the year 2401 to unlock luigi
  • @Milmiskew
July 25, 2020. 24 years, 1 month after the game’s release. L is Real. Confirmed.
  • @oNTiger
“It doesn’t mean anything. But what if it does?” That’s it that’s the video
  • @Ryusuta
My biggest "L is Real" mystery/hoax is and always will be "Mew is under the truck." The best part about THAT particular mystery was the fact that when someone found a LEGITIMATE way to get mew in-game years later, no one believed it. XD
  • How does this guy end every single sentence with the exact same pronunciation on the last syllable?
  • @Cat-the-dragon
So uh it turns out L is indeed real. Files for his model and texture were found in a recently leaked source code
  • @callmelunaVEVO
I just want to bring up real quick that in the recent Super Mario 64 source code leak, Luigi has been found in the files. It’s been 24 years and 1 month between the release Mario 64, and the source code leak. 2401. That is such a funny coincidence I gotta say.

Being a 90's kid gamer had it's draw backs with no internet and the likes...but at the end of the day, it will always be the golden age of gaming to me personally 😊
  • @OrangeGeemer
It says in japanese: Upper text line Bottom text line
  • Mario: Wait, L has-a always been-a real? Luigi: It-a always has-a been. Cocks gun
  • @FusionProject
Who’s here after the Luigi model leaked 24 years and (0)1 month after this game came out?
