    I think we need to correct it. Hindi po yan panara. Empanada po siya. The dough and the fillings are panara. Panara uses rice flour for the dough and the fillings is papaya with crab or shrimp. Kapag nagtitipid they use ground pork. Kaya nauso ang ulam na palaman panara. That is how it is traditionally in pampanga, tarlac and even in some visayan provinces. If we do not correct it para puede narin tawaging adobo ang mechado or kare kare.
