Since the dust collector cover is fixed with a magnet, it is easy to put on and take off.
A movable shutter is provided on the dust collection cover.
This makes dust collection work very well.

I had to stop the video at the point where you used both a drill and a router to dimension the timber into a perfectly round dowel. I'm a carpenter staircase builder with over 40 years of experience. I'm very used to thinking out of the box, you Sir, are a genius. I am so glad that I chose your video over others. I'm 61 and still have a lot to learn. Thank you for this most educational and useful video.

I'm pretty amazed by your Projects and Videos in general. With this one, I'm speechless. It finally DID make sense to keep the round wooden excess/leftover parts from drilling holes with this type of drill extension. I will build this one day (this is probably the most thought thought of your audience). Good Work!

I enjoy your videos. My uncle who passed away recently, made all of his tools in his basement. I was crushed the day I saw his shop and thought how he built his own table saw, drill press, thickness sander and more. I miss him. He got me started in wood working.

I couldn't help but laugh when you used that router/jig to plane that barrel because it was brilliant. LOL Such great ideas!

Nice build, a simple useful design. I would suggest adding a couple of knobs to the adjustment screws, though, with registration marks so you can see if they vibrate out of position, and some metal plates under the bottoms to prevent wear on the support board. And I would replace the front and (especially) back adjustable boards on the dust cover with just brush sweeps, set with the bristles a bit below the level of the roller. These wouldn't need to be adjusted at all.

Идея невероятная в своей простоте! С механизмом настройки высоты конечно надо что-то допиливать. Думаю пары зубчатых шкивов и ремня от 3д принтера будет достаточно для синхронизации.
